We talk to Ricky Byrd - Guitarist, Singer Songwriter and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer. Perhaps best known for his time as guitarist for Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Ricky's career also includes touring and recording with the legends such as Roger Daltrey and Ian Hunter as well as sharing the stage with a Who's Who of rock royalty. As a solo artist Ricky has become a Recovery Troubadour with a catalogue of music that not only entertains but offers knowledge and support to those going through addiction. Today he continues to release brand new music with that ever loving Rock n Roll spirit which shines through in this conversation, touching on times in 70s New York, recording in Abbey Road Studios and much more.
